For the most part I actually feel really good.... just bored.... but amazingly I have god energy and feel less weighed down.
Ive continued on 12 fried eggs with 6 tablespoons butter a day plus 1 green tea with coconut oil.

Day 2
Day two is always hard. Energy highs and lows with crazy cravings for carbs. But I stayed strong. 12 eggs with 6 tablespoons butter today and some green tea with coconut oil. Starting to exercise again tomorrow. If the kiddos let me. 😋
