It has been a year of maintenance!!!

 I lost 70 pounds joyfully through intermittent fasting and I am so very happy to say it has been a year and I am the exact same weight!!! Intermittent fasting is the only thing that has made keeping my weight off easy. I feel so wonderful. IF for life. I eat all the foods. I eat to satiety. I exercise moderately. Never in my life have I maintained a healthy weight so effortlessly.

No more Egg Diets

 I gave up egg diets for good in April 2020. 


I started to make peace with all the foods. 

I started listening to my body instead of fighting it. 

I started intermittent fasting. Read Fast Feast Repeat. 

Since that day I have lost about 70 pounds and gained quality of life body mind and spirit. I have never felt so free. And for the first time ever I know I will not gain it back.

12 eggs and butter is what I eat. Surprisingly I feel good physically. I did a 4 mile hike today with my kids and felt energetic. It just gets so boring. I’m thinking about transitioning to Keto once the two weeks in over.

The days have been crazy busy with my three little ones... it some ways it’s nice to be able to eat quick and simple. 

I had two hard boiled eggs for breakfast. 
Four fried eggs in butter for lunch.
Three scrambled eggs with butter for dinner.
