I'm glad to see you are back on the diet! I had been following your amazing progress, and was saddened to see you stopped blogging.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your progress, I started a quasi-egg diet myself. I lost 7 pounds, but didn't stick with it nearly as long as you did. After seeing you start up blogging again, I thought I needed to begin also. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds <-- baby weight that hasn't come off in 5 years!
Do you eat anything at all other than eggs?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure she only ate eggs. She's doing a mono diet, which means you only eat one good item for an extended period of time to lose weight. I did it with yogurt once! :)
DeleteI might try eggs after I get off my water fast. Maybe it's the fast asking with reading her blog, but I'm craving eggs! Lol
