Sorry Everyone

I’ve been horrible with my blogging. I’m sorry.

To update everyone, last time I finished the egg fast after 2 weeks and was down to 197. After that I switch to a whole30/paleo style of eating and got back down to 185. And then.... I got pregnant yet again. I’ve gained weight through the pregnancy and breastfeeding. I’m just finishing up my breastfeeding journey with baby number 3 so I decided to do another 1-2 week egg fast and then transition to keto for a little while and see how my body likes it. My body seems to love to shed weight on the egg diet. It works every single time. It’s just not a long term plan. So here I go again.
