Day 2

Egg fasting is soooo much harder with three small children 🤪

However I’m doing this. I’m committed to two weeks. It helps me every time. 

After baby three I was in survival mode and for a while I ate whatever I could grab easily. I still focused on organic and whole foods  as much as possible but I also sometimes ate chips and salsa or crackers and cheese for dinner exhausted by the end of the day. I gain weight super easily and have to be on my game to maintain or lose. I haven’t been focused as all my attention has been given to the kids. But I know I have to take care of me to be a good mama to my kiddos. So I’m getting back to meal planning and structure. I’m excited to feel good in my own skin again. My only exercise this time is daily 2 miles walks to and from the park. Let’s do this.
