Update, all is well.

Eating around 12 eggs per day, 3 eggs, 4 times a day. Feeling good, my clothes are starting to fit again, going down in weight….In control again. Life has been insanely busy…I will try to update again soon.

  1. I'm glad to see you are back on the diet! I had been following your amazing progress, and was saddened to see you stopped blogging.

    After reading your progress, I started a quasi-egg diet myself. I lost 7 pounds, but didn't stick with it nearly as long as you did. After seeing you start up blogging again, I thought I needed to begin also. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds <-- baby weight that hasn't come off in 5 years!

  2. Do you eat anything at all other than eggs?

    1. I'm sure she only ate eggs. She's doing a mono diet, which means you only eat one good item for an extended period of time to lose weight. I did it with yogurt once! :)

      I might try eggs after I get off my water fast. Maybe it's the fast asking with reading her blog, but I'm craving eggs! Lol
