Egg Diet Update


Same old, same old over here. 20 min Run, 30 mins weight lifting yesterday. 
12 Eggs yesterday, 4 hardboiled with hot sauce, 8 scrambled in coconut oil with sea salt and pepper. Finally detoxed from the sugar day. I lost half a pound. Thank you to everyone from www.marksdailyapple.com who have been so kind, encouraging and wise! More tomorrow. :)
